The Content Experiences organization in Global marketing is seeking a Content Supply Chain Standards and Governance Lead who will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing governance standards and content tagging as part of our Content Supply Chain transformation initiative. This role requires strategic oversight to ensure consistent quality and interoperability across all teams and technology tools to enhance our customer digital experience, improve tracking and support personalization, modularization and data drive insights
What you'll do
+ Establish and document a comprehensive content governance model:, providing standard guidelines to ensure content quality
+ Outline and build the content governance structure, incorporating essential workflows
+ Provide necessary requirements to tool owners to ensure alignment with established content standards
+ Empower stakeholders with the tools and knowledge necessary to adhere to the governance model
+ Own Content Metadata Values: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for requests regarding new content metadata.
+ Manage and approve changes in metadata values to uphold content integrity
+ Run Quality Checks, conducting regular audits to ensure that content owners are adhering to the established guidelines
+ Report on Governance Incidents and provide guidance on corrective actions.
+ Develop processes to rectify deviations and optimize workflows for better compliance
+ Collaborate with tool owners to ensure we have a coherent tagging strategy
+ Implementation of tagging strategy to facilitate efficient content management, consistent usage of content metadata and tagging across all platforms
What you bring
+ 5 years experience in content management and governanc
+ Must be experienced with **"Content Supply Chain" (CSC)**
+ Strong understanding of content tagging methodologies and metadata management
+ Proven ability to develop and implement structured content governance processes
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of liaising across multiple teams and stakeholders
+ Analytical mindset with attention to detail in quality assurance processes

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100000 - 170000(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
