Are you ready to bring your experience and passion into a role that truly matters? Amergis is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and across Los Angeles County.

If you have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist work, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of students with special needs—while growing in a role that values your expertise.

+ Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Location: School sites in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and throughout LA County

+ Deliver direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans

+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality support

+ Promote a calm, inclusive, and structured learning environment

+ Reinforce positive behaviors and support students’ social-emotional development

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

+ Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit

+ Consistent school-based schedule—no nights or weekends
