    Salary: $22 / Hour

     
     

    Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour

     

    Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

     

    Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

     
     

    Join our team as a Behavioral Technician/Therapist supporting students in educational settings. This flexible floater position provides essential behavioral and therapeutic support, both one-on-one and in classroom environments.

     
     

    + Deliver behavioral interventions and assistance to students

    + Support students with:

    + Emotional regulation

    + Transitions between activities

    + Meal preparation

    + Transfer and mobility services

    + Respond to crises and ensure student safety

    + Promote independence and positive behavior

    + Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Team

    + Document student behavior and progress

    + Follow individualized behavior plans and classroom protocols

    + Communicate with Amergis office staff for ongoing support

    + Accurately complete all required documentation and timesheets

    ? Minimum Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Background in behavioral studies or related fields

    + Proficiency in English

    + Successful completion of company assessments

    + Current CPR certification

    + Current TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
