• Direct Support Personnel I - Non-Driving

    Salary: $18 / Hour

     

    Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

     

    Pay Rate: $20/hour

     

    Contract Length: 8 weeks

     

    Start Date: ASAP

    Openings:

    + Full-Time (4 openings):

    + 2 Weekend Lead: Fri 3:00pm–10:15pm, Sat/Sun 7:00am–10:15pm (36 hrs/week)

    + 1 Overnight: Sun 10:00pm–8:30am, Mon–Wed 11:15pm–8:30am (36 hrs/week)

    + 1 Fri–Sun: Hours TBD

    + PRN (2–3 openings): Flexible shifts available

    Requirements:

    + Hands-on CNA experience and/or recent group home experience

    + Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (CCR is a DDA Provider)

    + Reliable transportation required

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs

    + CPR certification required

    + Willingness to complete DDA, MANDT & Choking Dysphagia training

    + EMR: iCareManager

    Responsibilities:

    + Support residents in daily living activities including bathing, feeding, medication administration (including G-tube), and housekeeping

    + Follow person-centered plans and assist with goal planning

    + Use Hoyer lifts and assist with mobility

    + Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards
