Amergis Staffing is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in school settings for the 2025–2026 school year across the South Orange County region!

Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 or in small group settings during school hours to:

+ Support students with behavioral needs

+ Help manage challenging behaviors, including occasional aggression

+ Keep students on track with homework and classwork

+ Collaborate with teachers and school staff

Requirements

+ Preferred: Minimum 9 months of ABA experience

+ Bonus: RBT certification

+ Must be flexible to travel between school sites as needed

Schedule Options

+ Ongoing Assignments: ~30 hours/week at a single school site (Monday–Friday)

+ On-Call Assignments: Flexible shifts available Monday–Friday

Hours: Must be available between 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $25–$28/hour, based on experience

The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
