Love working with kids? Got experience in ABA or behavior support? Amergis is looking for passionate, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and all across LA County.

+ Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Location: Schools in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and greater LA County

+ Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Helping implement behavior plans and learning strategies

+ Teaming up with teachers and specialists to keep things consistent and positive

+ Creating a calm, structured space where students feel safe and supported

+ Encouraging growth, confidence, and positive behavior every day

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or interventionist roles

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

+ Weekly pay with direct deposit

+ No nights, no weekends—just school hours
