Job Overview:** As an **Electrical QA/QC Supervisor** , you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical installations and systems within a project. Your primary role will be to implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring that all electrical work meets industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. **Positions are available in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area.

Job Functions:

+ Supervise and conduct quality checks for electrical components and systems.

+ Manage a team of quality control technicians.

+ Develop and implement quality control protocols and test procedures.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

+ Investigate and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise.

+ Prepare reports on quality control testing and findings.

+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.

+ Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment.

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in quality control, preferably in electrical manufacturing.

+ Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.

+ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

+ Leadership experience with strong supervisory skills.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.

+ Strong communication and documentation abilities.
