CTG is seeking a resilient Business Analyst to join our client’s team in New Castle, DE. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented functional consultant with strong SDLC experience who thrives in analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.

What You’ll Do:

+ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders.

+ Facilitate workshops to define and refine requirements.

+ Conduct impact and gap analyses to identify opportunities and risks.

+ Map processes and create use cases to guide development and vendor teams.

+ Serve as the bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.

+ Review business cases and provide functional guidance to align with business objectives.

Skills & Expertise:

+ Strong requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.

+ Proficiency in process mapping, use case development, and facilitating workshops.

+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical abilities.

+ Nice to have: Data Analysis and SQL knowledge.

Experience:

+ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a non-technical functional domain.

+ Hands-on understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

+ Track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex business requirements.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
