    Waste Connections (Ukiah, CA)


    **Ukiah Waste Solutions, Inc.** , a Waste Connections company, has an immediate opening for an **Operations Coordinator** in **Ukiah, CA** !

     

    This person will be a valuable asset to our team, supporting our operations supervisors and managers.

     

    Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM.

     

    **Starting pay is $25.00 per hour.** Pay range for this job category is $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assistance with Onboarding for employees at all sites

    + Maintain basic HR duties needed to be done on site

    + Maintaining all sites for CUBE compliance

    + Maintenance of employee files and pull notices in virtual and physical files

    + Assist Shop & Ops team with CHP inspections

    + Assist with basic route duties as needed

    + Works with the bin shop to dispatch repair work

    + Dump Tag Reconciliation

    + Operational license renewals

    + Manage and plan recurring safety meetings

    + Reconcile weight tickets from all disposal sites

    + Ensure compliance and follow-through of monthly safety meetings

    + Provide internal reports on a regular basis

    + Complete CalRecycle reporting on a regular basis

    + Coordinate events and travel for operational staff as needed

    + Maintain all dispatch boards and safety day information at all sites

    + Office and operational supplies ordering for all Sites

    + Bin Ordering, Cart Decal Ordering, etc

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Organized and ability to multi-task

    + Attention to detail and able to meet important deadlines

    + Operations support experience preferred, but not required
