Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager, Lead to join our team. This PM Lead position is ideal for candidates with professional experience and a strong interest in project management. You will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, while learning from experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Support senior project manager in coordinating projects from initiation through completion.
Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely updates.
Organize meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Create, regularly update and keep all project plans up to date and escalate any concerns or problems
Assist in preparing project documentation such as schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project communication.
Monitor project timelines and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Help identify project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Develop project plans with milestones and key deliverables when necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field is required.
A minimum of 2 years experience in project/program management experience is required.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Strong sense of ownership to ensure tasks, deliverables and milestones are completed in a timely manner
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, or similar).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management career path.
Exposure to project methodologies including Agile, and Scrum.
Presentation skills and the ability to lead a team.
Certification such as PMP, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is a plus.
The anticipated compensation rang for this position is 91,000-147,500.

91,000-147,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
