    Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting Summer Interns for our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) Summer Intern Training Academy! We are recruiting for the following departments: Clinical and Statistical Programming (C&SP). The position is for university students who will be entering their junior or senior year after the summer with minimum 3.5 GPA.

     

    We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Summer Intern Training Academy. The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can gain hands-on experience and help advance our medicines in development at Janssen! Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

    We are seeking an innovative **Clinical & Statistical Programming** Technology Intern to join our team, offering hands-on experience in developing AI-driven solutions for data integration, automation, and business insights. Collaborate with experts to support projects that enhance operational efficiency and meet business needs. As a C&SP intern, you can leverage AI-based programming to design and develop statistical solutions for clinical research analysis and reporting, or create AI-driven technology tools to support C&SP.

     

    **_How you can make a difference:_** Make an impact by applying your understanding of data structures and AI programming (SAS, R, and Python) techniques to analyze trial data and craft innovative solutions tailored to business needs.

    Qualifications:

    + Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now, or in the future (e.g., H1B).

    + Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of an intern assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA.

    + Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.

    + Availability to work 40 hours per week.

    + Hybrid work arrangement

    Education Preferences:

    Preferred fields of study are computer science, data science/data engineering, mathematics, or another relevant scientific field.

     

    Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

     

    _The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension)._
