As a Senior Manager of Business Solutions, you lead the Sales Order Management Process and Digital Product Owner including the Business design of the ERP, J&J Customer Connect Platform, Salesforce and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) establishing a leading the governance of the JOM Customer Service & Channel Operations suite of systems and processes. This individual sets the strategy for the Sales Order Management Process and roadmap to advance the Customer Experience across all order channels. This role partners directly with Supply Chain, Global Deliver, JJT, TS and Distribution partners to govern all projects, enhancements, integrations, and changes to the SAP ATLAS platform. Manages NA Sales Order Management team and supplemental contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Leads a team of subject matter experts in support of JOM to deliver projects, change requests, enhancements, acquisitions, divestitures, NPI and manage compliance reporting related to the core platforms.
+ Partners to establishes the overall strategy and process design for end-to-end sales order management on the core platforms.
+ Partners with JJT and TS Technical Product Owners to map business capabilities and services to system solutions and plan solutions for future business opportunities by aligning business strategy to system strategy and architecture.
+ Facilitates cross team governance and collaboration.
+ Participates in the management of the portfolio of change requests for JOM architecture for optimal business benefit within available resource capacity.
+ Creates and curates the capability roadmap to deliver optimal customer experience across all channels.
+ Drive alignment on harmonized processes at both the tactical and management levels across the enterprise.
+ Support quality compliance system validation and change control processes for changes to SAP ATLAS, web methods, JJCC and related ancillary systems to ensure on-going compliant state and good practices.
+ Acting on behalf of users, the Senior Manager will have a working knowledge of the process and solution architecture, as well as the needs of the business, to ensure the solution is fit for use and risks are minimized.
+ Approve key deliverables (i.e... Plans/protocols, reports, change controls) to ensure contents meets both business and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
+ A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
+ Experience leading technology implementations planning and managing large business transformational programs.
+ ERP/SAP experience is required. Knowledge of Digital Ecosystems - ie. E-commerce Portals, Case Management
+ Expertise in processes such as Business Planning and Long-range Financial Planning is preferred.
+ Experience leading professional level resources is required and cross-functional
+ Demonstrated Innovative Mindset
Preferred:
+ Solid understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain and business operation.
+ Experience and understanding of E-commerce and Case management technology
+ Project Manager Experience, demonstrated leadership in large technology transformation
Other:
+ This position may require up to 20% travel, domestic /international; up to 30% depending on location
