Position Description
Join a Legacy of Craftsmanship and Reliability
Are you an experienced maintenance electrician who enjoys variety, stability, and seeing the results of your work every day? At Alloy Products Corp, we've been a trusted, family-owned manufacturer for more than 95 years - and we're growing.
We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join our team and help keep our facility, machines, and systems running at their best. If you like working hands-on, solving complex electrical challenges, and being part of a company that truly values its people, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
No two days are alike. You'll tackle a mix of preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and facility improvements - all while helping ensure safe and efficient operations.
You'll:
+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems across the plant.
+ Wire, install, and troubleshoot electrical circuits and equipment per code.
+ Support production machinery, material handling systems, and building utilities (air compressors, generators, boilers, HVAC).
+ Perform general building maintenance - from basic plumbing to carpentry and facility repairs.
+ Work with supervisors and contractors to support ongoing projects and improvements.
+ Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in your work area.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a team-oriented, hands-on environment.
You might be a great fit if you're:
+ A detail-oriented problem solver who stays calm under pressure.
+ Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
+ Approachable and collaborative, with strong communication skills.
+ Curious and eager to learn, especially in a manufacturing setting.
+ Committed to safety and doing things the right way.
Preferred background:
+ 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
+ Journeyman or Master Electrician License (WI) preferred
+ Knowledge of electrical codes, blueprints, and schematics
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting (a plus!)
+ Welding or machine repair experience (preferred but not required)
+ Forklift and LOTO certification helpful
Why You'll Love Working Here
At Alloy Products Corp, you're not just another employee - you're part of a company built on craftsmanship, loyalty, and respect. Many of our team members have spent their careers here, growing with us year after year.
We offer a competitive salary and a full benefits package, including:
+ Medical, dental, and vision insurance (low-cost, self-funded plan)
+ Free life insurance and disability coverage
+ 401(k) with company match + profit sharing
+ Tuition reimbursement and on-the-job training
+ Paid holidays, vacation, and personal days
+ A stable, family-oriented environment that values growth from within
+ Pay starts at $27.51 and increases based on skills and experience.
