From intelligent doors and barrier systems to advanced HVAC and area separation solutions, ISG products are critical to our customers’ productivity, safety, and sustainability.

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary **Vice President of Engineering** to lead innovation, accelerate product development, and shape the future of our ISG portfolio. This is a pivotal leadership role with broad influence—transforming engineering into a driver of competitive differentiation, customer value, and business success. This position can be based in either Milwaukee, WI or Dubuque, IA.

What You’ll Do

+ **Set the Vision:** Develop and execute a forward-looking engineering strategy aligned to ISG and enterprise growth goals.

+ **Drive Innovation:** Build a robust pipeline of new products and technologies that strengthen Rite-Hite’s leadership in HVAC, doors, area separation, and barrier systems.

+ **Lead Product Development:** Oversee end-to-end innovation—from concept to launch—ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and customer-driven solutions.

+ **Advance Technical Excellence:** Implement best-in-class engineering processes, digital design tools, and design-for-manufacture practices that accelerate speed-to-market and improve cost competitiveness.

+ **Empower Teams:** Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, multi-site engineering organization focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

+ **Collaborate Across Functions:** Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Business Development to deliver market-leading solutions that delight customers.

Who You Are

+ You have 15+ years of **progressive engineering leadership** experience, including 5+ years at the executive level, leading large, complex organizations.

+ You hold a **Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s in Engineering Management or an MBA is preferred.

+ You have a proven record of **driving innovation and delivering new products** in complex manufacturing environments.

+ You’ve successfully led multi-site, global engineering teams and know how to **align people, processes, and priorities** across functions.

+ You’re experienced in or familiar with **doors, HVAC systems, area separation, or barrier systems** , or similar industrial product categories.

+ You know how to design and develop **high-performing teams** , build leadership capability, and create organizational structures that support growth.

+ You bring strong **strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills,** with the ability to translate technical opportunities into business results.
