We are seeking a Quality Business Analyst who will serve as a key resource for managing, integrating, and visualizing data across multiple business systems, including ERP and operational platforms. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights and tools that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern analytics technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps, and has strong skills in SQL and data automation.

What You Will Do

+ Manage, integrate, and visualize data from ERP and other enterprise systems to support organizational objectives.

+ Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from various sources, including manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality systems.

+ Extract, transform, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.

+ Develop and maintain SQL scripts, data pipelines, and automated workflows to enhance reporting efficiency.

+ Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, or Qlik Sense to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.

+ Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and areas for improvement.

+ Translate business and operational requirements into actionable insights and data visualizations.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital technology, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

+ Develop and deliver executive-level reports and visuals to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.

+ Create and maintain comprehensive data documentation to ensure data integrity, transparency, and accessibility.

+ Participate in on-site and virtual meetings to review data, communicate findings, and drive data-informed discussions.

+ Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and optimization for developed dashboards, tools, and data systems.

+ Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in analytics and visualization.

+ Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

+ Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

+ Experience in data management and manipulation, including advanced SQL.

+ Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Power Applications).

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics (or experience equivalent).

+ Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Python, R, Minitab).

+ Experience communicating with the ability to convey complex data and analytical insights to non-technical audiences in a clear and actionable manner

+ Familiarity working with ERP systems and enterprise data sources

+ Experience in product production environments

+ Experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
