Introduction
They have a fundamental role for the management of the contracts. They act as the single interface with the client for the readiness and the execution of the operations necessaryto run the contract. They have a strong knowledge of the client environment and organization, and a solid experience in maintenance services. They ensrue the management of agreed service levels covered through technical support by tracking of the maintenance operations and proper reporting of the clients maintenance operations, and implement action plans to improve service quality delivered to the clietn to ensure client satisfaction. Guides functional objectives or technologies.
Your role and responsibilities
Represent oneself as a service representative of IBM. They clearly understand the client's business target, strategy, and requirements, and have the responsiblity to improve client satisfaction. The CAL maintains and reinforces the client relationship, improves the client satisfaction on availablity services (maintenance service activities) and understands the clients industry, business, bueisness plan, business strategy, and requirements. They propose and carry out the services that contribute to the scucess of the clients busienss.
Required technical and professional expertise
Professional knowledge related to IT industry. Strong communication and negotiation with client and internal teams. Ability to present to C level management. Proplem Solving, and ability to recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Demonstrates creativity and judgement in project work. Strong project managment skills.
