    The Associate Director in the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ) Career Management Center ( CMC ) plays a key leadership role in supporting the career success of Full-Time MBA students. This position is dedicated to connecting exceptional MBA talent with top employers, developing innovative networking opportunities, and cultivating strong corporate partnerships that enhance both student outcomes and JSOM’s reputation for excellence.

     

    Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Associate Director will design and deliver impactful career programming, expand employer engagement, and help shape the professional journeys of future business leaders.

     

    Reporting to the Assistant Dean of the Career Management Center and based in the JSOM CMC , this role also provides leadership and guidance to the MBA Assistant Director, MBA Career Readiness Team ( CRT ), and MBA Coaches.
