Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor - Intermediate - JK1954 to join their team. As a Production Supervisor - Intermediate - JK1954, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor - Intermediate - JK1954

**Location:** Trenton, MI

Pay: $30/hour

What's the Job?

+ Manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

+ Ensure production plans are met and analyze issues to drive continuous improvement activities

+ Lead safety initiatives to maintain a safe workplace and enforce safety procedures

+ Monitor quality KPIs, prioritize quality issues, and guide team leaders accordingly

+ Coordinate manufacturing activities using the C-Matrix and support waste reduction projects

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed

+ Excellent organization, written, and oral communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively across all levels of the organization

+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams confidently
