KEITH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Finance team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role reports to the Director of Finance and is ideal for a candidate with a solid financial foundation who enjoys data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.

What you'll do:

+ Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.

+ Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

+ Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

+ Partner with project managers and departments to gather and interpret financial information.

+ Support project accounting, cost tracking, and performance analysis.

+ Build, maintain, and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards.

+ Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

What you'll need:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

+ 0–5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or ERP software preferred.

+ Experience with ERP systems (Deltek Vantagepoint, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.

+ Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

+ Understanding of project-based or professional services financial environments.

+ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
