Description
As the WW leader for NoSQL Database GTM, you are responsible for the revenue of AWS modern database services. Customers use our NoSQL Database services like DynamoDB, ElastiCache, and DocumentDB to build new Generative AI and Agentic applications, bring effortless performance and scale to existing applications, and deliver on the highest impact for their customers with deep technical expertise. WW GTM leaders are responsible for the revenue of the business, building and scaling multiple sales channels, and providing customer feedback to the product teams to identify new use cases that deliver impact to our customers.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead a talented team of business development leaders and direct partner and sales specialists throughout the organization. You will partner closely with a dedicated solution architect team focused on accelerating NoSQL database adoption worldwide. You and your team will drive the vision, strategies, and execution for our geo and field teams, engage business and technical decision-makers, and identify and develop new use cases to showcase our service capabilities across different roles - from developers to IT practitioners to business decision makers.
Your focus on the inputs that drive long-term growth will be a superpower enabling you to drive multiple complex sales programs to meet adoption and revenue goals. This leader must have technical depth but represent capabilities in terms of business value to both business and technical buyers.
This individual will partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to champion customer needs, translating real-world feedback into actionable solutions. Must demonstrate strong ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights while maintaining a firm backbone to advocate for customer priorities. Success requires exceptional relationship-building skills and focus on customer impact.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
