    Your Day-to-Day

    + Operate heavy machinery: bulldozers, excavators, front-end loaders, scrapers, and more

    + Excavate, move, and grade earth; pour concrete and other hard surfaces

    + Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment

    + Communicate clearly with your crew and follow all safety protocols

    + Work outdoors in all weather conditions

    What You Bring

    + ✅ **3+ years of experience** with heavy equipment (bulldozers, rollers, excavators, etc.)

    + ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + ✅ Knowledge of safety procedures and physical readiness for hands-on work

    + 🎓 High school diploma preferred

    + 🛠️ Bonus: Experience with skid steers, bobcats, and similar equipment

    Schedule

    + **12-hour shifts** : 6 AM – 6 PM or 6 PM – 6 AM

    + **Friday to Monday** workweek = more days off midweek

    + **70–80 hours/week** on average = **plenty of overtime pay**

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
