Warehouse Worker - Poway - 1st Shift - $18/hr

Job Description

The position involves various shipping tasks, including unloading and loading trucks, as well as wrapping products.

Responsibilities

+ Handle materials by pulling equipment from containers.

+ Load and unload trucks efficiently.

+ Palletize products for shipment.

+ Wrap and strap products securely.

+ Perform heavy lifting as required.

+ Complete other general warehouse duties.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in a warehouse or general labor environment for 6 months to 1 year.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Ability to follow instructions accurately.

+ Good attendance record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with palletizing and wrapping products is a plus.

+ Willingness to submit to a drug test.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm, in an open facility located in Poway. Be prepared for heavy lifting and varying temperatures, as the facility can be hot during warm weather. Breaks and refreshments like water and Gatorade are provided when it gets really hot.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
