    About the Role

     

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This role is a key partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and plays a critical part in shaping and executing the organization’s people strategy. The position oversees core HR functions including benefits, employee relations, compliance, health and safety, leaves of absence, training, and leadership development. This highly visible role provides both strategic guidance and hands-on support to executives, managers, and employees across multiple departments. The ideal candidate brings strong HR leadership skills, proven experience managing diverse HR functions, and the ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term organizational goals.

     

    What You’ll Do

    As the HR Manager, you will:

    + Partner with the CHRO to design and implement HR strategies, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

    + Oversee HR programs such as benefits administration, leaves of absence, safety programs, training and development, and compliance.

    + Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    + Develop, implement, and manage leadership and employee training programs.

    + Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace investigations.

    + Administer and evaluate employee benefits and wellness initiatives to enhance overall employee experience.

    + Utilize HRIS/HRMS technology to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision making.

    + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals to support company goals.

    + Champion company culture, employee engagement, and organizational values.

    + Represent the HR function in cross-functional initiatives and company projects.

    BENEFITS OFFERED:

    + SALARY RANGE: $115,000-$135,000

    + Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

    + Retirement Plan: 401k with 6% company match

    + PTO: 2 weeks PTO and 6 paid holidays

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 7–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

    + Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, and health & safety programs.

    + Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-state organization preferred.

    + Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.

    + Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage complex HR operations.

    + Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

    + HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
