    Description

    Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to hire a Graphic Designer (contract-to-hire). Please note, that this is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days onsite per week. Applicants are required to provide a digital portfolio for consideration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conceptualize and design digital and print assets for social media, brochures, email, signage, and presentations

    + Collaborate with creative and marketing leadership to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity

    + Support the evolution of brand guidelines and visual expression

    + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling

    + Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting ever-changing deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 4+ years of experience in graphic design within marketing, advertising, and/or brand-focused environments

    + Proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma)

    + Excellent visual, conceptual, and storytelling skills

    + Understanding of industry best practices and application

    + Curiosity-driven mindset with an interest in exploring and beta testing new technologies

    + HTML/CSS skills a plus

    + Expressed interest in UX/UI design principles

    + Ability to manage independent deadlines and pivot based on business priorities
