    What You’ll Do Every Day:

    + Be the Bridge Between Customer and TechnicianEnsure clear communication of customer concerns and technician recommendations, creating a seamless service experience.

    + Craft Accurate Service EstimatesCalculate costs for parts, labor, and deductibles to provide transparent and trustworthy pricing.

    + Manage Repair Orders with PrecisionPrepare and process ROs, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records in our service database.

    + Deliver Insightful Vehicle ConsultationsExplain inspection results and recommend additional services with confidence and clarity.

    + Navigate Warranty AdministrationHandle manufacturer warranty claims for qualifying repairs with attention to detail.

    + Keep Customers Informed and EngagedShare service specials, timelines, and expenses to ensure customers feel valued and informed.

    What You Bring to the Team:

    + Minimum of 3 years Premium Brand Service Advisor Experience

    + German Luxury Brand Experience highly preferred with CDK Experience

    + Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile

    + A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
