The Industry Partner Solutions (IPS) organization is responsible for accelerating revenue and share growth by empowering customers and partners to securely transform with Microsoft Cloud, AI, Windows devices, and experiences. Within IPS, Windows and Devices Sales (WDS) unites the creation and delivery of Windows and device solutions to drive customer satisfaction globally. We work closely with a diverse ecosystem of partners and customers to ensure innovative solutions reach every market and segment.
As part of WDS, Device Partner Sales (DPS) plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell breakthrough AI-powered devices and cloud experiences with partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution and reseller channels, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Silicon providers. We work closely across the device partner ecosystem and internal teams to transform the world of computing.
Opportunities in DPS are expansive. We span the entire product lifecycle from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to the device design, and selling them through the Retail, Distribution and Reseller channel, sell-through to their consumer and commercial customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of growing a multi-billion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation, and contributing to our partnership engagements worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of Windows devices and AI services in partnership with the strength of our device partner ecosystem.
As the **Partner co-marketing manager** , you empower MNA account marketing leads and their teams to define their strategy marketing plans, foster a vibrant MNA marketing community, and drive best-in-class comarketing execution. Your leadership ensures alignment with sales goals for Copilot+ PCs and Windows 11 PCs, while leveraging Microsoft resources and investments.
Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
+ Enable and support MNA account teams to land roadmap and GTM disclosures with strategic clarity.
+ Work with account teams, and directly with OEM marketing teams, to integrate messaging to ensure robust co-marketing.
+ Drive a robust process to capture insights and best practices across accounts to better understand and maximize marketing ROI and evolve go forward account marketing plans.
Co-marketing Excellence
+ Oversee OEM specific marketing services to streamline asset access, platform navigation, partner communications and approval workflows.
+ Equip MNA marketers with Investment Planning Kits, Seasonal Checklists, and Research & Insights to drive impactful comarketing campaigns.
+ Champion the “One Ecosystem, One Voice” approach to ensure unified messaging and execution
+ Own and nurture the global and regional MNA marketing community, fostering collaboration and shared success.
+ Maintain RoB with business stakeholders to create a process to package and land new sales motions and marketing programs with MNA teams with clear expectations and measures for success.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years building and executing marketing campaigns in either the consumer or commercial space.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in both consumer and commercial segments.
+ Background in PC hardware and/or the PC OEM / silicon eco system is a plus
+ Adept at understanding and articulating marketing concepts and initiatives.
+ Established track record managing and developing diverse high-performance hybrid teams and the ability to orchestrate and collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders across teams and organizations.
+ Ability to engage and influence at senior levels – strong executive presence and cross-functional collaborator.
+ Project management skills, ability to listen and absorb stakeholder needs to clearly document and manage complex matrixed projects.
+ Demonstrated presentation skills to groups of all sizes and levels and a successful track record of sales and negotiation skills.
+ Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk-taking
+ Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, manage investments, and maximize ROI.
+ Knack for adopting the latest AI technologies for Frontier marketing.
Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
