    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Construction Materials Testing Technicians** for projects located in the **Raleigh, NC area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$21-25/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Perform field testing on:

    + Soil

    + Concrete

    + Asphalt

    + Aggregate

    + Masonry mortar/groutfor compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, DOT, and project specifications

    + Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans in preparation for field observations

    + Document field activities, test results, and observations, ensuring all information aligns with project specifications or notes deviations

    + Enter data using Metafield or other field/lab information management systems (LIMS)

    + Communicate testing results effectively with:

    + Construction Services and Geotechnical Project Managers

    + General Contractors

    + Clients

    + Perform calibration of field and laboratory equipment to meet industry standards and project requirements

    Requirements
