    Job Overview

     

    SISCO is seeking a customer-focused **Service Specialist** to handle inquiries related to claim status and employee benefits. This role involves researching information across various systems and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.

     

    **Location:** Dubuque, Iowa

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims and benefits with a focus on one-email resolution

    + Accurately communicate benefit and claim details to ensure a positive customer experience

    + Use internal systems to research information and document interactions

    + Prioritize workload and follow-ups to support timely claim processing

    + Maintain schedule adherence and availability for incoming calls

    + Professional demeanor and attention to detail

    Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience

    + Previous customer-facing experience preferred
