    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled **HVAC Specialists** for projects located in and around **Durham, NC** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of **$28-32/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Installation and repair of various air quality systems

    + Locating & diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment

    + Conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items

    + Inspect HVAC systems and their components; heating units, exhaust fans, ventilation units, minisplits, etc.

    + Diagnose problems and provide technical guidance and assistance to assigned employees for safe, cost-effective, efficient, & timely maintenance of HVAC systems, equipment, supplies, & materials

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of Commercial HVAC Experience

    + Understanding of HVAC systems

    + Familiarity with Electrical Components & Refrigerant Experience

    + HVAC State License

    + Proper PPE

    + Hand Tools

    + Valid DL

    + Strong HVAC commissioning
