    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Concrete Finisher – Power Trowel Operators** for projects located in **Moorhead, MN** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **$28-34/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Operate walk-behind and ride-on power trowels to smooth and finish freshly poured concrete

    + Assess and maintain correct finish and flatness levels

    + Work efficiently on large slab pours

    + Ensure proper curing and surface treatment of finished concrete

    + Maintain and clean trowel equipment

    + Follow job site safety protocols and company procedures

    + Work independently or with minimal supervision

    + Communicate clearly with crew leads and supervisors as needed

    Requirements

    + Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete finishing experience

    + Proficient with both walk-behind and riding power trowels

    + Ability to work independently and maintain production pace

    + Must have a valid driver’s license

    + Reliable transportation to and from the job site

    + Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
