Summary:
The Release Manager is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality product feature releases across multiple platforms from Enterprise Products. This role combines the technical rigor of release management with the strategic and people-focused aspects of change management. The manager will ensure high-quality release gates, drive adoption of new products, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to develop and implement release strategies that meet business objectives and ensure that EP Product features are delivered successfully and in adherence with standards and governance practices.

Enterprise Products, Release Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage product validation (User Acceptance Testing, Release Readiness Dogfooding) and post-launch support (Hypercare)
2. Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to develop and implement release strategies
3. Manage critical product launches, financial close processes, server patches, and high-volume visible programs
4. Ensure adherence to standards and governance set by EP for product releases
5. Utilize release management tools and dashboards to track issues and bugs. Supporting Engineering with Sev. and UBN mitigation
6. Lead change initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering change strategies and plans to work with the business to support consumers of the product
7. Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impacts to highlight adoptions risks, issues, dependencies and end-user reception of the product
8. Develop and execute communications, training, and change management plans
9. Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption of EP Products
10. Engage, advise, and inform key stakeholders at all levels
11. Manage relationships with both technical and non-technical audiences
12. Plan, prepare, and deliver key messages and supporting content to enable swift adoption of products
Minimum Qualifications:

13. Proven experience as a Release Manager, Change Manager, Program Manager or in a similar enterprise role
14. Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience leading release and/or change initiatives
15. Proficient understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
16. Experience with managing complex projects with numerous stakeholders
17. Evidenced success with communication skills across numerous stakeholders
18. Experience with release management and change management tools
19. Experience working with all levels across an organization

Public Compensation:
$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
