    Senior Partner Marketing Manager

    Job Description:

    Our Value-Added (VAR) Partners are critical to our success at Sage so we're evolving how our Reseller Partners market and grow by expanding and strengthening our Partner Marketing teams. With increased investment in co-marketing programs, tools, measurement, budgets, and internal cross-functional collaboration, we’re enabling our partners to generate pipeline faster and smarter.

     

    As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll lead co-marketing strategy and plans with/through our U.S. Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Partners for Sage Intacct - our AI-powered, cloud financial management SaaS solution, recognized in the market as a best-in-class ERP and Sage’s fastest-growing business in North America. This role centers on strong partner management and consultative collaboration - developing and optimizing marketing plans that drive demand and pipeline growth. You’ll leverage Sage’s turn-key co-marketing programs, campaign kits, and resources to help partners execute effectively and achieve measurable success.

     

    We’re looking for a Partner Marketer (indirect channel marketing) with strong consultative partner management skills who combines strategic thinking with accountability - bringing data-driven rigor to how partners leverage our marketing programs, test campaigns, and track results. You know how to build relationships, influence and identify underperformance early, and turn insights into measurable improvement.

     

    Location Required: Hybrid 3 days per week from our Atlanta, Georgia office (Ponce City Market)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with US VAR partners to drive demand and pipeline growth.

    • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned VAR (value-added reseller) partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with Sage’s strategic goals.

    • Collaborate with Partner Marketing Program Managers, Partner Sales, Product, and internal Marketing teams to support partner marketing initiatives and campaigns.

    • Provide strategic and consultative guidance to partners on marketing best practices, campaign execution, and performance optimization.

    • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and plan activities by Partners.

    • Manage partner MDF (Market Development Funds) and ensure effective utilization and ROI.

    • Support partner enablement through marketing content, tools, and training.

    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners and Sage Partner Channel Leadership to assess marketing impact and identify growth opportunities.

    • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partner strategies.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 years of indirect channel - partner marketing experience for software reseller partners, OR demand generation experience with an understanding of indirect and co-marketing fundamentals.

    • SaaS/Software or ERP experience

    • Demand marketing expertise including lead flow, campaign strategies and tactics.

    • Results-driven, with strong analytical experience for measuring, reporting, and optimizing co-marketing performance to marketing strategy

    • Proven ability to build trusted partner relationships and influence outcomes to drive program adoption and measurable results.

    • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, embodying “one-team” attitude and approach.

    • Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action.

    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
