CenterWell is redefining senior-focused care—and we’re looking for a strategic marketing leader to help drive brand planning and integration across our growing organization. As Lead, Planning & Integration, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning brand strategy with enterprise priorities, ensuring cohesive execution across channels, teams, and initiatives.
This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about building brands, driving growth, and shaping meaningful brand experiences.
Key Role Functions
Strategic Support, Planning & Alignment
+ Lead annual and quarterly brand planning processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and market needs
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategy into marketing campaignsand member engagement initiatives
+ Support evolution of brand architecture, positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand health KPIs
Campaign,** **Project & Process Management
+ Oversee high-impact brand-building campaigns, including creative development, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement
+ Lead marketing plan development in support of integrated health initiatives
+ Develop and manage planning frameworks, timelines, and tools to support efficient execution and cross-team collaboration
+ Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve marketing operations across the brand team
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Serve as a key liaison between brand marketing, line of business marketing and enterprise partners, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely communication
+ Support leadership in preparing strategic presentations, planning documents, and performance updates

Required Qualification** **s
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
+ 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, or operations
+ Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, frameworks, and cross-team collaboration
+ Track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
+ Analytical mindset with experience in brand health tracking, consumer insights, and data-informed decision-making
+ Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
+ MBA or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
+ Experience in healthcare or senior services
+ Familiarity with brand strategy frameworks and marketing planning tools
+ Ability to synthesize insights and data into actionable marketing strategies that support enterprise goals
Additional Information

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related communications field
+ 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, experiential, or related fields
+ Proven ability to plan and execute brand activations, campaigns, and events that drive engagement and brand loyalty
+ Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics including digital, content, and experiential strategies
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing performance metrics
+ Ability to thrive in an agile environment and manage and prioritize diverse projects
+ Demonstrated ability to work virtually, be self-directed and motivated, and meet deadlines
+ Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
+ Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign delivery and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, and brand activations in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
+ Exposure to campaign briefing, reporting, and optimization processes
+ Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
+ Background in creative development, strategic planning, or experiential storytelling

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
