To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Principal, Intake and Prioritization to take business objectives and intent then translate it into marketing solutions that can be prioritized for campaign delivery. This role is ideal for a process oriented marketer who understands the healthcare industry and how to manage a fast-paced, dynamic marketing process.
This position will reside within the Marketing Organization which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners: Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.
Role Responsibilities
+ Drivethe overall consumer marketing agenda at Humana by developing the marketing intent intake process.
+ Develop and oversee the inputs and forums to aggregate, organize and prioritize campaigns in conjunction with analytics partners.
+ Manage partner and stakeholder communications to keep campaign requestors informed on review status and facilitate any follow-up items.
+ Consolidate Quarterly Marketing Roadmaps and keep updated to provide transparency for marketing team members and business partners.
+ Own continuous process improvements to shorten time from marketing intent submission to campaign production.
+ Act as a central communication hub between portfolio marketing teams, analytics teams, customer lifecycle teams, media teams, marketing technology & operations teams, creative teams and more.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations or related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in marketing process management, project management, or marketing operations.
+ Experiencein agile working models, Program Increment (PI) planning, and workflow delivery.
+ Proficiency in managing communications tomultiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic working environment.
+ Familiarity with workflow management tools(eg. Workfront, JIRA, Monday, etc.).
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.
+ Deep expertise in agile marketing models.
+ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
+ Experience with marketing analytics, measurement, and test design.
Additional Information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$138,900 - $191,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
