As part of this transformation, Humana is expanding its Insurance portfolio, and digital marketing plays a critical role in driving growth. We are seeking a strategic and agile-minded marketing professional to join our team as Senior Associate, Digital Marketing Channel Activation. In this role, you will support the execution of digital acquisition campaigns for Humana’s Medicare Advantage products—one of the company’s top strategic priorities. You’ll help activate go-to-market strategies across digital channels including Email, Digital Media, Landing Pages, and Social, with a focus on driving efficient acquisition and continuous optimization through test-and-learn approaches.

This role is part of Humana’s Marketing Organization within the Enterprise Growth team. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Portfolio, Media & Brand, Product, Consumer Insights & Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Data & Technology to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives across Email, Digital Media, Social, and Landing Pages

• Assist in developing prospect-first campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention

• Ensure all digital efforts align with brand standards, business goals, and growth objectives

• Contribute to email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking

• Ensure digital content reflects Humana’s brand voice, values, and meets compliance requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams—including Creative, Analytics, and Portfolio/Brand—for cohesive execution

• Liaise with external agencies and vendors to support timely and high-quality delivery of digital campaigns

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across owned channels and compile regular performance reports

• Use consumer insights and campaign data to inform strategy and drive ongoing optimization

• Report campaign results and business impact to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy or creative development

• 2+ years of experience in omni channel campaign development

• Strong understanding of digital attribution and user experience design

• Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and social media engagement systems

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries

• Familiarity with digital media platforms and performance analytics

• Experience working in an AGILE environment

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Analytics

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and digital privacy standards

Additional Information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
