Humana is evolving its content management ecosystem to support scalable, personalized, and compliant communications—and we’re looking for a product manager to lead that effort. As Senior Associate/ Product Manager – Content Management & Interoperability Capabilities, you’ll serve in a dual-hat role: owning the content platform roadmap while acting as an embedded expert within agile pods to accelerate delivery and ensure seamless integration across the MarTech stack.
You’ll define and manage tools, templates, and workflows that support modular content creation, reuse, and omnichannel delivery. This role is central to enabling intelligent, interoperable content experiences that drive member engagement and operational efficiency.
This role supports the development of enterprise content management capabilities, including CMS platforms, content structures, and interoperability across orchestration, activation, and testing environments. You’ll collaborate with creative, compliance, and technology teams to ensure content is reusable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development
+ Define and evolve the product roadmap for content management and interoperability capabilities, including platform features, modular content structures, and integration points
+ Leverage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including AEP Sites and AEP Assets, to support modular content strategies and omnichannel delivery
+ Collaborate with platform product teams and enterprise architects to enable headless CMS strategies and real-time content delivery
+ Support integration with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Real-Time CDP, ensuring content flows seamlessly into orchestration and personalization engines
+ Monitor platform usage and content workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
+ Establish and promote best practices for content templates, metadata, and governance
Embedded Pod Support & Cross-Capability Coordination
+ Act as embedded support in agile pods, advising on content feasibility, platform capabilities, and delivery workflows
+ Partner with other capability owners (e.g., DAM, creative production, personalization engines) to ensure seamless content flow across channels
+ Support integration with orchestration platforms and testing environments to enable scalable, personalized communications
AI Enablement & Innovation
+ Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate and operationalize AI/ML models for content reuse, tagging, and performance optimization
+ Contribute to experimentation using AEP’s AI capabilities, including GenAI-assisted content creation and predictive content selection
+ Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, adaptive content systems, and intelligent automation
This role helps Humana deliver high-performing content experiences that are modular, scalable, and compliant—supporting smarter member engagement and enterprise marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
+ 3–5 years of experience in content management, product management, or MarTech
+ Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as AEP Sites, Salesforce CMS, or headless CMS architectures
+ Demonstrated success in roadmap development, platform optimization, and capability enablement
+ Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model
+ Strong understanding of content governance, metadata frameworks, and interoperability best practices
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
+ Familiarity with modular content strategies and personalization engines
+ Exposure to Next Best Action (NBA) engines and real-time decisioning
+ Understanding of AI/ML-driven content reuse, tagging, and performance optimization
+ Experience with scaled agile frameworks and cross-functional product collaboration
+ Background in platform governance, experimentation, and capability innovation
+ Interest in emerging technologies such as GenAI, intelligent automation, and adaptive content systems
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
