    Join Humana’s Integrated Marketing Analytics team as a Senior Associate, Test & Learn, where you’ll lead efforts to build a scalable experimentation framework that drives continuous improvement across marketing. You’ll establish best practices for test design, governance, and knowledge sharing, empowering teams to generate actionable insights and enhance member and prospect engagement.

    Role Responsibilities

    As a Senior Associate on the Integrated Marketing Analytics team, you’ll lead the development of a Test & Learn Center of Excellence, establishing standards for test design, governance, and knowledge sharing across stakeholders and lines of business. Your work will drive scaled learnings, foster collaboration, and enable a culture of continuous, data-driven experimentation.

    Key responsibilities include:

    + Lead the development of a Test & Learn Center of Excellence, establishing scalable standards for test design, governance, and execution across marketing teams and lines of business.

    + Align with cross-functional partners to define strategic roadmaps and drive adoption of Test & Learn processes, ensuring consistency and collaboration across the enterprise.

    + Build and maintain a centralized Test & Learn database that enables easy access to historical, active, and planned experiments, supporting transparency, reuse, and scaled learning.

    + Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to promote key findings, share success stories, and socialize progress of the Test & Learn program.

    + Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that communicate testing outcomes and performance insights to stakeholders at all levels.

    + Foster a test and learn community of practice within the marketing organization to socialize learnings, encourage collaboration, and strengthen connections across teams and functions.

    + Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps, refining methodologies, and championing a culture of data-driven experimentation.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    + 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, experimentation, or test & learn strategy.

    + Deep understanding of testing methodologies, including test/control/holdout design, statistical significance, and measurement best practices.

    + Proven ability to design, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments across multiple channels and lines of business.

    + Experience building scalable processes and frameworks for experimentation and learning.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and successfully implement new processes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master’s degree in a quantitative or marketing-related discipline.

    + Experience developing and managing centralized test databases or knowledge repositories.

    + Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and marketing analytics platforms.

    + Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.

     

    Work at Home Information

    To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

    + At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

    + Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

    + Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

    + Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

    + Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

    Virtual Pre-Screen

    Pay Range

     

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

     

    $117,600 - $161,700 per year

     

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
