Humana is scaling its use of AI to transform how marketing teams work—streamlining operations, enhancing personalization, and enabling smarter member engagement. As Senior Associate/Product Manager – AI Capabilities, you’ll lead strategy, experimentation, and pilot efforts to bring AI functionality into existing tools and workflows.

+ Develop training materials, enablement guides, and change management plans to support adoption and responsible use of AI capabilities

+ Collaborate with capability owners across channels (email, print, telephonic) and orchestration to ensure AI tools enhance—not disrupt—existing processes

+ Help marketing teams work smarter by integrating AI into day-to-day operations

+ Deliver scalable, responsible AI capabilities that improve campaign execution, asset management, and workflow efficiency

+ Foster innovation in marketing operations by aligning emerging technologies with enterprise goals
