Are you a detail-oriented, logic-driven professional looking to grow your career in marketing data? We’re seeking an Associate, Data Manager to support the integrity and usability of our marketing data assets. In this role, you’ll assist in monitoring data quality, supporting campaign tracking, and helping ensure that marketing data flows smoothly from setup to reporting. You’ll work closely with cross-functional marketing pods, contributing to campaign planning and execution by translating marketing needs into data requirements. You’ll also help document metadata, validate audience logic, and support testing efforts to ensure campaigns are measurable and data-ready.

Role Responsibilities
+ Support daily monitoring of marketing data products and assist in generating metrics to assess data quality.
+ Help implement and maintain basic preventive and detective data quality controls.
+ Participate in cross-functional marketing pods to support campaign planning and execution through data coordination.
+ Assist in documenting metadata for marketing campaigns and ensuring alignment with analytics needs.
+ Validate campaign setup to ensure data flows correctly into analytics and reporting systems.
+ Learn and apply knowledge of available data sources to support targeting, personalization, and performance measurement.
+ Conduct preliminary data assessments and escalate gaps or issues to senior team members.
+ Collaborate with pod teams to help define audience logic and translate requirements into specifications for audience selection.
+ Support campaign and journey testing efforts by validating data capture and readiness for analytics.
Use your skills to make an impact
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field — or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
+ **1–3 years of experience** in data management, data stewardship, or analytics
+ Familiarity with data quality principles and basic experience supporting data validation efforts.
+ 1+ year experiencein SQL and working knowledge of relational databases or cloud data platforms (e.g., Oracle, Databricks).
+ Exposure to metadata documentation and data lineage practices.
+ Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
+ Experience assisting with campaign tracking, audience logic, or testing efforts.
Preferred:
+ Strong preference for hands-on experience with marketing and/or customer interaction data
+ Internship or entry-level experience in a data management, data stewardship, or marketing analytics role.
+ Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) or modern data stack tools.
+ Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBi or Tableau
+ Exposure to campaign management systems or customer journey platforms.
+ Experience working with large datasets
+ Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services.
+ Understanding of basic marketing measurement concepts and A/B testing.
+ Familiarity with CRM platforms and member journey mapping.
+ Awareness of HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
