In this role, you will:
+ Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for marketing
+ Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
+ Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
+ Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing
+ Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
+ May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with vendor management from creative agencies to data vendors Analytical understanding of marketing campaigns, A/B testing, incremental lift, Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
+ Campaign management and execution experience, ideally within in Aprimo or similar campaign management tool
+ Ability to direct creative teams to develop marketing campaign assets
+ Must be able to successfully navigate a matrixed environment
+ Highly collaborative and can effectively lead a cross-functional team including both internal and external (agency) partners
+ Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
