    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager on the Loyalty & Rewards Team as part of Cards & Merchant Services (CMS). This role will be instrumental in driving key strategic decisions across the Card organization, with a focus on loyalty initiatives that modernize our platform and enhance transparency across product delivery. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and influencer, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.     In this role, you will:

    + Lead strategic analysis and decision-making for loyalty initiatives across the Card organization

    + Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that communicate product strategy, roadmap, and impact

    + Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with product, digital, analytics, and technology teams to align on priorities

    + Influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive consensus and support for strategic initiatives

    + Create transparency around team priorities and product delivery through clear documentation and communication

    + Identify modernization opportunities within the loyalty platform and propose actionable solutions

    + Support change management efforts to evolve platform capabilities and customer experience

    + Track and report on progress against strategic goals, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objective

    Required Qualifications, US:

    + 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience in banking or financial services, prior employment experience with a credit card issuer is preferred

    + Prior experience with credit card loyalty, rewards, or card platforms

    + Proven ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations to executive audiences

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including senior executives, translate complex strategies into clear, actionable insights, and create compelling executive-level presentations

    + Proven ability to design and implement operational processes and communication strategies that provide transparency and enable self-service for stakeholders

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in synthesizing data to inform decisions

    + Experience in management consulting or leading large-scale change initiatives within complex organizations

    + Exceptional organizational skills with experience setting up recurring reporting, governance, and communication cadences

    + Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for loyalty initiatives

    + Experience with agile product development and roadmap planning

    + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
