THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will collaborate closely with designated staff members to deliver a range of services to individuals, which may involve supervising children during office visits, reaching out to individuals who miss appointments, and assisting with daily activities as well as home maintenance and care. You will provide support to case managers and other assigned personnel by informing them of the individuals' needs and keeping them updated on progress and achieved goals. Additionally, you will participate in community outreach events, helping with setup, organization, and engaging with attendees. Your responsibilities will also include greeting clients and visitors at the office, assessing their needs, and connecting them with the appropriate staff when necessary. You will be tasked with entering and updating client information in various databases, such as the State ID database (HCSIS), CAS, POMS, Client Tracking, DDAP WITS, and HSS programs.
Furthermore, you will manage incoming calls at the reception, determining the needs of callers and directing them to the right personnel. Your duties will extend to typing letters, reports, monthly expense reports, and other correspondence as assigned, as well as assisting with daily record retention by sorting, verifying, scanning, and electronically filing paperwork in client electronic records across all departments. You will maintain and update case manager caseload lists in HSS as directed, print information from client charts upon request, and handle the sorting of incoming mail and faxes, ensuring they reach the appropriate staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential for completing assigned tasks, and you may also be responsible for taking meeting minutes for various departments as needed.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
+ Occasional work during off hours and weekends may be available.
+ Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 1 day per week upon successful completion of probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Beaver Falls. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Graduation from high school;or
+ Any equivalent combination of training and experience.
