    Responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing a network of clinical and community partners within designated service area. Partners may include hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and other facilities as assigned. Responsible for brand awareness and reputation in the community of the designated service programs in collaboration with other CentraCare Health departments. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

    Schedule:

    + Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite

    + Days | Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

    + No weekends or holidays!

    Pay and Benefits:

    + Starting pay begins at $63,747.33 per year and increases with experience

    + Salary range: $63,747.33-$95,642.90 per year

    + Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public health, communications, community relations or other related field

    + or two years relevant operations, clinical, marketing, public health, communications, or community relations in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

    + 2 years Two years relevant operations, clinical, marketing, public health, communications, or community relations experience

    + Project Management Professional (PMI) Certification preferred.

    + A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required.

    + A valid driver's license in good standing required.
