This position is Hybrid with a travel requirement of 2 days a week in South Portland.
Temp HR Associate
As part a strong administrative team, the Temp Human Resources Assistant will assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employment related support for the First Atlantic Healthcare facilities and team members.
Temp HR Associate (Responsibilities include but not limited to):
+ Assist HR with administrative tasks including:
+ I9 compliant review
+ Manual data entry
+ Employee documentation review
+ License and Certificate management
+ Assist Talent Acquisition with recruitment tasks including:
+ Review Indeed candidates
+ Conduct background checks
+ TA Facility projects
+ Manage swag inventory
+ Office Support
+ Sort and scan mail
+ Manage office inventory
+ Manage shipping
Education and Experience - We are happy to help you learn!
• High school Graduate or equivalent, preferred
• One year of experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very strong computer skills, such as the Microsoft Office suite and payroll systems
