Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement strategic and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
+ Comprehension of complex business scenarios; including the ability to define problems, collect & analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
+ Partner with Service Line leaders to align initiatives with portfolio strategy.
+ Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate executive-level planning workshops.
+ Drive continuous improvement and performance.
+ Coordinate strategic communications and reporting for executive and board-level audiences.
+ Collaborate across departments (Finance, HR, Strategy, Operations) to build scalable frameworks and governance processes.

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $175,000-198,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.

Qualifications
Education
Required
+ Bachelors or better in Communication
+ Bachelors or better in Data Analytics
+ Bachelors or better in Finance
+ Bachelors or better in Engineering
+ Bachelors or better in Business Administration
Preferred
+ Masters or better
Experience
Required
+ 15 years: experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, or business operations.
Preferred
+ 12 years: experience in the energy industry, with significant exposure to RTO/ISO operations or market functions.
