    What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of manufacturing. To qualify, you’ll need:

     

    + At least 1 or more years of CNC or manual machinist experience

    + A high school diploma or equivalent

    + At least 3 years of work experience

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

    + Basic math and problem solving skills

    + The ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper ergonomic procedures.

     

    Preferred Skills & Traits

    While not required, the following characteristics will set you apart:

    • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manual machining tools.

    • Exposure to band saws, drill presses, and hand tools.

    • Vo-tech training or coursework in machining, welding, auto mechanics, or electrical work.

    • Autonomous problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
