             Overview Job Summary Details: The Shuttle Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to shuttle passengers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Compensation: + **Pay Rate:** $22 per hour + **Pay Schedule:** Paid weekly Schedule Options: + **Employment Type:** Full-time and Part-time (weekend shifts available) + **Shift Availability:** + **1st Shift:** 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM + **2nd Shift:** 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM + **3rd Shift:** 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required • No experience required and on the job training provided Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred • One (1) year previous dispatch experience • One (1) year previous hospitality experience Responsibilities: • Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers • Greet and engage with passengers in and around the facility to offer informational assistance • Communicate effectively with passengers regarding shuttle services available • Assist the Shuttle Passenger Assistant (aka Wheelchair Agent) with transporting passengers in wheelchairs onto shuttles • Assist with baggage as required • Monitor and enforce carry-on baggage size requirements • Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times • Provide assistance to passengers using kiosks to check-in • Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation • Follow safety precautions at all times A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
