Job Description Summary
The GOS Global Technology Service group, is a team of dedicated IT consultants, project managers and business analysts that support our client technology solutions through best-in-class software systems utilizing a service delivery model to deliver value within a clear, consistent and measurable framework. Additionally, we provide assessment, technology roadmap, transition and integration services as well as a continuous improvement-based support model to ensure an ongoing technology investment for the duration of our client relationships.
In support of Global Occupier Services, our team also provides business development support including solution definition, pricing, technology demonstration and delivery for Strategy and Portfolio Administration Services, Transaction & Project Management Transaction, Facilities (IFM), Space & Occupancy, and Financial Management.
Job Description

• BSC in Economics, Business Informatics, Any Engineering

• Good understanding of APIs and interfaces
• Working knowledge of ITIL
• Good understandting of IT and Business standards (SOC1, SOC2, SOX)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerBI)
Responsibilities of the job-holder:
• Client Support Service - provide client support and advisory services
• BAU system support – provide system support on various applications for internal and external clients
• System Transition Management – carry out the technology components of new client onboarding to include such items as business requirements specification, data mapping, system configuration, client training, UAT etc.
• Project services - Carry out technology project related activities to include such items as requirements capture, system specification, process design, change management routines
• Collateral development - Supporting the sales activities as directed by the team lead or account leads. Setting up demo sites, demo scripts, canned videos and other such items as the need arises
• Vendor management – Working with 3rd party vendors to deliver projects, BAU support and development.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 76,895.37 - $90,465.14
