    Summary:

    We are seeking individuals who have recruitment and/or marketing and/or creative design experience to support the success of enrollment for clinical trials, while also acting in a supportive role as a Research Assistant to other team members. Approximately 75% of the role will focus on recruitment, while the other 25% will be dedicated to assisting the Lead Coordinator/Investigator in other study related activities (such as participant visits and phone calls, food challenge preparation, among others). The position does require working on-site, offering a structured environment and allowing for real-time collaboration.

    Although not required, ideal candidates will have:

    A Bachelor’s Degree (preferably with Nutrition experience)

     

    Previous experience in healthcare recruitment

     

    Familiarity with recruitment platforms and databases

     

    Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP Guidelines

     

    Experience in graphic design or are comfortable with creating/marketing materials

     

    Experience with MS Office, Canva, Adobe, EPIC, REDCap Database Management

     

    Bilingual skills for Spanish

    Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

    Collaborate with investigators, coordinators and other team members, ACRI leadership, sponsors, and others to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.

     

    Serve as a point of contact to those requesting more information about currently enrolling clinical trials and answer questions within scope of job and training.

     

    Educate interested participants about currently enrolling clinical trials through comprehensive knowledge of study protocols and understanding of study requirements, while adhering to research regulatory requirements.

     

    Conduct interviews with interested candidates to screen and determine participant eligibility according to study protocol requirements.

     

    Identify potential study participants through the review of medical records, databases, physician referrals, etc. and follow up with prospective participants.

     

    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet study enrollment targets for active clinical trials.

     

    Create, complete, organize and maintain detailed recruitment records and efforts for all clinical research studies through the use of spreadsheets and/or database systems.

     

    Develop, implement, and distribute recruitment materials and facilitate public promotion through the use of these recruitment materials, including social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

     

    Create and maintain website recruitment page for all enrolling clinical trials.

     

    Report recruitment progress for all active clinical trials to the investigators and team members regularly.

     

    Track metrics through the evaluation of recruitment data to assess progress and adjust recruitment strategies to optimize enrollment and maintain a high participant retention rate.

     

    Adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines, institutional policies and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.

     

    Work with Lead Coordinators and/or Investigators to gain experience in a variety of clinical trial procedures including: assisting with study visits, oral food challenge preparation, data entry, among others.

    Improving visibility, name recognition and identifying potential study participants for clinical studies. Develops recruitment strategies. Help coordinates, designs and implements outreach activities.

    Required Education:

    High school diploma or GED or equivalent

    Recommended Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

    High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.
