    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **TIG Welders** for projects located in and around **Green Bay, WI** . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of **up to $37/hour** based on experience plus **$100/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. .     Job Scope:

    + Operate hand welding equipment to joint metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products

    + Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances

    + Communicate and problem solve with others

    + Maintain and keep welding equipment in good working order, free of debris

    + Perform proper maintenance

    + Maintain & clean equipment tools & work area

    + Follow established safety procedures and work safely

    + Accurately read blueprints

    + Record accurate log of job times and specifications for audit reports

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + TIG Welding Experience

    + Able to pass Weld Test

    + Ability to read Blueprints

    + Able to pass Drug Screen & Background Check
